Having primarily worked as a contractor, it has amazed me how many different processes come under the Agile heading. Unfortunately, almost universally, managers have the authority, but developers have the responsibility. As this comic so aptly demonstrates, that division of authority vs. responsibility, in an allegedly “Agile” context is the formula for disaster.
